La Maison de Pommard is an incredibly charming 5-bedroom boutique hotel right in the heart of the quaint town of Pommard.

My husband and I stayed here during our Burgundy trip and completely adored it. Isabelle, the owner, is a winemaker’s daughter who transformed this historic building into a cozy boutique stay filled with modern, stylish details.

Hostellerie de Levernois is a stunning 5-star hotel surrounded by lush gardens and shady, tree-lined pathways.

Each of its 27 rooms is uniquely decorated and thoughtfully spread across three separate buildings.

While we didn’t stay overnight, we did have an incredible meal at their Michelin-starred restaurant, La Table de Levernois (it’s #10 on our favorite things to do in Burgundy!).

Frédéric Doucet grew up at Maison Doucet, a lovely family home that his parents transformed into a cozy inn and restaurant. After taking over, he renovated the property into an elegant, 17-bedroom boutique hotel.

Fellow travelers consistently rave about the hotel’s warm atmosphere and exceptional hospitality from the welcoming staff.

Wow, Château de Melin B&B offers a lot of history! This castle, yes, I said castle was built in the 16th century.

Its current owners completely restored it and turned it into a boutique hotel with 5 elegant bedrooms that blend old-world charm with contemporary touches.

If you’re looking for a place that captures the French art de vivre lifestyle perfectly, you’ve found it.

I’m always a fan of hotels that blend historic charm with modern luxury, and this one nails it.

Why I Love This Hotel:

→  Fantastic farm-to-table restaurant, La Table de Rymska, which offers Charolais and Wagyu beef from the farm on-site and an exceptional wine list

La Cour des Délices is a 300 year-old farmhouse that has been tastefully renovated into an adorable 3-bedroom boutique hotel.

I love how the rooms balance original features like stone walls and oak beams with stylish, modern bathrooms and furnishings—it’s the kind of place where you instantly feel comfortable.
